Ingredients
Method
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy.
Wash and dry all berries thoroughly. Slice the strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
Spread half of the cream mixture into a 9x9-inch serving dish.
Add half of the berries evenly over the cream layer.
Spread the remaining cream mixture over the berries.
Top with the remaining berries in a decorative pattern.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Fresh berries provide the best texture, but frozen berries may be used if thawed and drained well. For a richer flavor, substitute homemade whipped cream for the whipped topping. Make this dessert the night before serving for the best results.
